Inclusive Manager

Course Introduction

It is often said that people join organisations and leave managers: the role of the people manager is critical to the day-to-day experience that colleagues have of their workplace. In this workshop, we will focus on understanding inclusion in the context of management, exploring how to create, and be role models for inclusion and belonging.

What will participants learn?

Participants will understand how to make better decisions around people and develop a shared ‘language’ that enables them to continue the conversation beyond the workshop with their teams and colleagues.

This workshop is relevant to all managers, team leaders or supervisors, of any seniority.
