Inclusive Synergy
Course Introduction
Interact in a workshop enhancing team psychological safety, collaboration and innovation using an inclusive lens. This session will introduce the purpose of synergy and teams and how it links to inclusion. We will also consider what can break synergy and what the impact of that is. The skills of deep listening in order to foster inclusion will be introduced.
What will
participants learn?
Participants will develop an understanding of the fundamentals of psychological safety, what this is and why it is so important to team working. This will help them understand the part that safety has to play in creating greater innovation, creativity and agility in our teamwork.

Working with
Inclusive Group
Inclusive Group will work with you to understand the context for your workshop. This involves a 20-minute discovery call where we explore:
The background and ‘cultural norms’ of this topic in your organisation
An overview of the participant group(s)
Scenarios or examples relevant to your organisation that we can use during the workshop
Anything else pertaining to the successful delivery of the workshop

Virtual delivery via Inclusive Group Zoom or your own platform
In-person delivery at your office or offsite venue (travel expenses will apply)
