Explore at a deep level what equality, diversity and inclusion means to you, in a confidential and supportive environment, with a qualified coach.
An inquiry into inclusion requires a learning mindset. It demands a level of vulnerability and humility that may feel unfamiliar and at times, uncomfortable. With the support of their coach, leaders learn to face into their biases, experiment with and practice new behaviours, in order to become a truly inclusive leader.
What will ‘Coachees’ learn?
Coaching is a relational and visceral learning approach, that enables the Coachee to engage in deep self-reflection and enquiry, in a truly supportive and safe space. Our Coaches all have expertise in diversity, equity and inclusion, so our Coaching services provide a unique opportunity to couple development with deepening understanding about DEI and Inclusive Leadership.
Inclusive Coaching is open to and relevant to all colleagues, of any seniority, although it is most typically offered to those in leadership roles. We have a number of Coaching packages, targeted to different people and different needs, or we can create a bespoke package of Coaching support for you.

Working with
Inclusive Group
Inclusive Group will work with you to understand the context for your Coaching requirements. This involves a 20-minute discovery call where we explore:
The background to the individual or group’s needs
An overview of the participant(s) and their goals
Anything else pertaining to the successful delivery of the Coaching

Virtual delivery via Inclusive Group Zoom or your own platform
In-person delivery at your office (travel expenses will apply)
