Conduct, Culture & Compliance
Course Introduction
Conduct and culture are critically important in workplaces. A culture that emphasises respect, professional behaviour and accountability encourages employees to make responsible decisions and behave appropriately in their interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Compliance with these expected standards helps to minimise the risks of unacceptable behaviour and the negative and legal repercussions.
