Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a strategic business priority for many organisations.Yet it can be a challenge to get to the heart of the issues holding diverse talent back.Adopting a data driven approach to formulating DEI strategy allows organisations to invest resources where they are most needed, by addressing disparities in opportunities and outcomes experienced by diverse applicants and employees.
