Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a strategic business priority for many organisations.Yet it can be a challenge to get to the heart of the issues holding diverse talent back.Adopting a data driven approach to formulating DEI strategy allows organisations to invest resources where they are most needed, by addressing disparities in opportunities and outcomes experienced by diverse applicants and employees.

Aimed at HR practitioners, HR systems analysts and DEI practitioners, this workshop will provide participants with the space to explore the benefits and also the broad range of complex considerations, of collecting diversity data and using it to inform DEI strategies.

We will discuss the core components of effective DEI strategies, including clarity of purpose, well defined goals and objectives that represent a roadmap for change.
