Understanding Unconscious Bias
Course Introduction
Unconscious Bias is innate in us all and, without our awareness, it can have significant impact on the way we think, the decisions we make and how we treat other people. This session helps attendees to understand the concept of bias and what to do about it.
To make meaningful change, it is crucial to address bias, both in our people and our processes. In order to transform our approaches, we need awareness, skills and practical tips.
What will participants learn?
This course introduces Unconscious Bias both in concept and in practice. It explains ‘The What, Why and How’ of unconscious bias, to help participants become aware of what bias is and what it does. This workshop is relevant to all colleagues, of any seniority.
